God Save the Burberry Trench by Ana Palacio
Ana Palacio writes a wonderful blog called Catalina in Wonderland. Catalina is her 5 year old niece whom she centres her blog around whilst writing about fashion, children, travels, art and much more.
I just can’t imagine Catalina or me without a Burberry raincoat. Is this all the fault of Kate Moss?

Photoshoot for Kikimora luxury fashion magazine
This weekend, Childrensalon beautifully dressed seven children for a fantastic photoshoot in London. The shoot was organized by Kikimora, a trendy Polish magazine for parents in which you will find fashion, education, lifestyle, modern design and plenty of beautiful pictures. The theme of the shoot was Germany, and was brilliantly styled by Magdalena and her team of stylists, make-up artists and photographers.

Pitti Bimbo Fashion 2010, Italy
The buyers of Childrensalon have been very busy indeed! They spent last week in Italy for the children’s fashion trade show Pitti Bimbo, followed by a weekend in Paris for Playtime and then back to London for the Bubble show. The jet-setting certainly doesn’t stop there; they are off to Antwerp in Belgium today to buy the beautiful I Pinco Pallino, followed by trips to Germany, Paris (yes, again) and all over the UK, filling every space in the diary.
We have of course hunted out some great new collections and names to add to our selection of designer brands, which we are very excited about.
Here’s some pictures of Italy we took to share with you (there will be more of the catwalks to follow).

Ana Palacio: Les Mini Pouces by Alain Ducasse
Ana Palacio writes a wonderful blog called Catalina in Wonderland. Catalina is her 5 year old niece whom she centres her blog around whilst writing about fashion, children, travels, art and much more.
Catalina loves cooking, she´s crazy about it. So, what can we do when we go to a big city? Attend a mini cooking masterclasses!
In Paris there is the fab L´Ecole de Cuisine with Alain Ducasse, with a course called “Les Mini Pouces”, just for children from seven to twelve. Catalina is five and half, so…(in one year and a half?). Anyway, we´ll try this year…

A Catalina le encanta cocinar, le vuelve loca. ¿Y qué podemos hacer cuando vamos a una gran ciudad?. Pues ir a mini-clases de cocina. En Paris está la fabulosa Escuela de cocina de Alain Ducasse, con un cursos llamados “Les Mini Pouces”, para niños de siete a doce años, bien, Catalina tiene cinco y medio, por lo tanto…En fin, lo intentaremos este año.

As huge fans of the brand, Childrensalon are delighted to present Hugo Boss’ Spring Summer 10 collection.

Come Back Another Day
The snow has swept all over the South East…. again!
Trains are cancelled, shops are closed, but Childrensalon is still open, live and kicking… albeit with plenty of layers, mittens and hot drinks.
Gracie managed to get some photos to share with you on her way to the warehouse.

Childrensalon introduces The Adorables
Childrensalon is excited to announce the launch of our new website, The Adorables. An area dedicated to you, our customers and friends, to share cute pictures of your children and babies.
The Adorables was inspired by all the wonderful photos we have been receiving from our customers and friends beautifully dressed by Childrensalon. We felt they were so valuable that we have created an online space dedicated to sharing them.
You can submit your pictures directly through The Adorables website, or e-mail them to us directly on adorables@childrensalon.com and we will upload them for you. We also welcome all feedback and suggestions.
